I interact with students enrolled in Distant Education. I ensure they have all the resources to take and complete their proctored test along with a team of three other individuals. We are responsible for maintaining a computer lab and the equipment associated with it.

In addition, I provide customer service and help students navigate around any obstacles during their tenure at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
