Reviewing Submitted Assignments

1. Login to your account and select Courses. A list of your open courses will appear. Select the desired course.

2. Click Assignments. A chart will appear including every student in the course, and each step in an assignment. Each grid box is color coded for an easy view of workflow progress.

For students who have yet to submit work, the step gridbox will be blue with an S in it indicating Waiting for Student to submit their work.

For students who have submitted their work and are Waiting for Faculty assessment, the box will be orange with an F in it.

If there is no instructor assessment, or if the instructor has already assessed the submission, the box will be yellow with a C in it.

After assessment with Standards or Rubrics, the box will either be green with a P indicated they passed or gray with an N indicating they did not pass.

3. Clicking a box that indicates a student has submitted work will show the assignment(s) they have submitted for that step. If they uploaded a file, you can download the file and review it. If they submitted a page of ePortfolio or rich text, you are able to review those on your monitor.
