Before beginning, make sure you're logged in to https://alaska.digication.com. Select the ePortfolio you're working in, and follow the steps below.

 

 

Pages**

 

Pages are located on the left side of your ePortfolio underneath every section. You must create a page in order to create a module. Below is a picture of what pages look like:

 

 

 

To Create a Page

 

1.  On the left side of your ePortfolio is a box with two tabs labeled "View Pages" and "Add/Edit". Click the Add/Edit tab.

 

 

 

2. Click Add Page button that appears on the right side of the box.

 

 

3. Type the name of your new page and Save.

 

 A new page is now created. From here, select the appropriate module(s) that you want to appear under this page.

To Hide a Page

 

If you are not prepared for others to view what you are working on, you should consider hiding your new page.

 

To Hide a Page:

 

1. Click the Add/Edit tab in the Page section.

 

 

2. Click the pencil on paper icon next to the page you wish to edit.

 

3. Click Show Advanced for more editing options.

 

 

4. Check the Hide box to hide the content on this page.

    Check the Collapse box to collapse subpages under one main page.

    Check the Heading box to make a non-clickable, bold heading that allows you to organize pages.

 

After making your selection, Save.

To Move a Page

 

1. Click the Add/Edit tab in the Page section.

 

 

2. Click and hold the page you want to move. Then drag the page the desired place.

*Dragging your page to the right will cause it to become indented and consequently become a sub page. If you desire a subpage to become a main page, simply drag the page to the left.

To Delete a Page

 

1. Click the Add/Edit tab in the Page section.

2. To delete a page, click on the pencil on paper icon for the page you want to delete and then click Delete this page.

 

 A box will appear double-checking you want to delete the selected page and warn that this action cannot be undone. If you aren't sure you want to delete the page and modules in the page, consider hiding it.
