Xavier particpated as a protoge of the 2014-2015 College of Business and Public Policy’s Leadership Fellows Program

The Leadership Fellows Program prepares UAA College of Business and Public Policy (CBPP) students to be future leaders who meet the needs of Alaska organizations through leadership, professional development programs and mentoring.

Xavier interacts with leaders in the business community and develop one-on-one relationships that foster rich leadership development experiences that not only benefit myself but UAA as well. Xavier and his mentor, Jon Bittner, have appeared in two articles. The articles are attached below.
